Vishala is an emerging Kuchipudi artist trained under the Guru Smt.Vyjayanthi Kashi, one of India's most respected classical dancer recipient of Presidential Puruskar from Central Sangeeth Natak Academy and many more. Önce passion strikes the chord in you, then the music is sure to last for long". Such is the story of Vishala Harikiran. Born in the land of Dharwad, Vishala had a natural flair for Indian dance and culture right from a young age. Though she grew up to be an able engineer by profession, Vishala's love for dance kept echoing in the back of her mind. After successfully completing 10 years as a Software Engineer , Vishala made a bold move to pursue dance full time, with the able support of her husband Harikiran. Thus began her journey in the path of Guru-Shishya Parampara under the guidance of Guru Smt.Vyjayanthi Kashi, Kuchipudi exponent.Her long pending wish of completing a Kuchipudi Rangapravesham slowly started taking shape and then there was nothing to stop her from realizing it.

    Vishala believes that "one step at a time"is the key to success and is determined to progress in the field of Kuchipudi.

    Vishala has done some solo performances  and received acclaim by art lovers and audience. Vishala was also a part of some of the performances given by Shambhavi Dance Ensemble nationwide.
